Bishop Batiste has passion for Souls and the Word of God… he has a strong burden for GACOC and looks forward to continuing the work which was left by the Late Assistant Presiding Bishop Samuel J. Carter. His energy, drive, and compassion combined with the Word of the Lord is contagious enough to draw both the Young and Old to Christ. His vision and spiritual gait is focused on impacting life altering changes to the heart of those seeking a New Life In Christ! One of Bishop A. J. Batiste Sr. favorite quotes is, “If God don’t do it, it won’t be done”… One of his favorite scriptures is Psalms 27 as the Lord has shown Himself to be both Light and Salvation in his life. Bishop Batiste loves traveling, eating good food, clean fun and fellowship, good dialogue, and a good laugh!
