What We Believe

We are a family of believers brought together by the love of Jesus Christ; following the Apostles’ Doctrine found in the Word of God, in the book of Acts.

    • We believe the Bible is the Inspired Word of God! It leads us into all Profitable Doctrine as it pertains to Practical Holy Living and Instructions for preparation to meet our Lord (2 Tim 3:16)
    • Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.  And ye are witnesses of these things.  And, behold, I send the promise of the Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high (Luke 24:46-49)
    • Then Peter said unto them, repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38)
    • And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20)
    • We believe in the pre-tribulation Rapturing (caught up/out) of the church/The Bride of Christ. I Thessalonians 4:13-17
    • We believe in the Judgment Seat of Christ is for the church. All whom shall attend are saved eternally even though…some may suffer loss in regards to their works. I Corinthians 3:3-15
    • We believe that there is one plan of Salvation given in the scriptures which include Repentance, Water Baptism in the “Name of Jesus”, Infilling of the Holy Ghost as evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and living according to the inspired Word of God.
    • We are a Church Family that believes in equipping our Youth to be Leaders in the Church and Community. We strive to ensure our Youth understand the importance of balance both naturally and spiritually while surrendering to the will of God. Combining the Wisdom of the Seasoned with the Strength of the Young is the Ultimate Goal for our Youth! (1 John 2:13-14)
